Coaching Services Refund: We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, due to the nature of coaching services being highly personalized and time-intensive, we do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing:
A. Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return request or refund approval.
B. Method:
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Unused Sessions: For clients who have purchased a package of coaching sessions, any unused sessions after the agreed-upon coaching period will not be refunded. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We are confident in the value of our coaching services. If, after the first coaching session, you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund for the remaining sessions in your package. This request must be made within 7 days of the first session, and a refund will be issued after deducting the cost of the initial session.
Payment Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute, we encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in termination of services and may affect your eligibility for future coaching sessions.
